Case report

This a case of a diastematomyelia diagnosed at 18 weeks of gestation. The patient was a  32-year-old G1P0 who conceived after intrauterine insemination. During the ultrasound examination, we discovered a bony septum arising from the vertebrae at the level of T10-T12 ( between 10th and 12th thoracic vertebrae). There was some widening of the spinal canal as well. There was no sign of spina bifida or any other abnormality.
