Case ReportFollowing images represent two cases of diaphragmatic hernia diagnosed at 13 weeks of pregnancy. Images 1, 2, 3: Case 1; 13 weeks of gestation - images show thickened nuchal translucency (image 1) and transverse scans of the fetal thorax at the level of the four chamber view with left sided diaphragmatic hernia (stomach is seen within the thorax / images 2, 3). Images 4, 5 and video 1: Case 2; 13 weeks of gestation - image 4 shows normal nuchal translucency of the fetus; the image 5 and video 1 show parasagittal scan of the fetal thorax and abdomen with the stomach protruding into the thoracic cavity.
