Case report

A 24-year-old woman G1P0 was referred to our clinic at 26 weeks of pregnancy due to a pathologic finding at the level of the fetal kidneys. Our investigation revealed a Dandy-Walker malformation associated with the enlarged multicystic kidney and anhydramnios. The neonate was delivered at 33 weeks and died six hours later. The autopsy was done and in addition to the agenesis of the cerebellar vermis and polycystic kidneys, a atrial septal defect with the hypoplastic right ventricle and pulmonary stenosis were found. The club feet and bilateral hydrocele were also present.
