Case report

The following images show a case of bilateral dacryocystocele diagnosed at 33 weeks of a primigravida with non contributive history. No other anomalies were found.

Images 1, 2: 33 weeks; the image 1 demonstrates a coronal scan of the fetal face with dacryocystocele (arrow). The image 2 demonstrates a fusion of the image 1 and a drawing explaining the position of the fetal head and location of the dacryocystocele (arrow). On these images only one dacryocystocele is clearly seen. Nevertheless, as the videos below (videos 1 and 2) show, the fetus had bilateral dacryocystocele.
