A 30-year-old G2P1 with no harmful environment or drug exposure, scanned at 13th week of pregnancy. We discovered a cystic hygroma (NT>8 mm), dilated jugular lymphatic sacs, perithoracic and periabdominal edema, and abnormal flat facial profile. An amniocentesis discovered Turner syndrome (45, X0).
