Case report

This is a case of 31-year-old G1 P0 with twin pregnancy. We performed a first trimester scan at 12 weeks of gestation. The ultrasound examination showed a monoamniotic twin pregnancy with umbilical cord entanglement. Doppler imaging helped to set the diagnosis.
