Case report
Following images illustrate a case of 31-year old (G2P1) with unremarkable medical history. She was referred to our unit at 26 week gestation.
Our scanning revealed ventricular size discrepancy, small aorta and large pulmonary artery.
Our presumed diagnosis was coarctation of the aorta or hypoplastic aortic arch.
Echocardiography was done after birth.Â
The diagnosis was juxta-ductal coarctation of the aorta.
The baby underwent surgery after birth and he is doing well.
