Cleft lip, unilateral

Case report:

This is a 22-year-old woman with unremarkable history. The first scan and the triple test were normal.

At 20 weeks, the sonographer found out a unilateral right cleft lip without other associated anomalies (Image 1-4).

Image 5: At 25 weeks, a cleft palate was suspected also.

Image 6: A cholecystomegaly was presented. The karyotype was normal (46 XX).

The patient delivered at 38 weeks. The diagnosis was confirmed.

The surgery for the cleft lip was performed six months later.
