Case report

This is a 28 year-old woman without relevant obstetric history. The first scan and the triple test were normal (1mm - 60mm – 1:1800). At 24 weeks of gestation, ultrasound scanning demonstrated an unilateral left cleft lip. No other malformations were detected.

The patient was referred to our unit at 27 weeks of gestation and the same findings were noted.
