This is a case of a cervical lymphangioma diagnosed at 25 weeks. The lymphangioma grew progressively during the gestation. The patient refused to interrupt the pregnancy. The baby was delivered at 38 weeks (cesarean section). The baby was hospitalized immediately in neonatology unit and intubated. He died after few hours due to respiratory insufficiency.
