This is a case of a low risk 15 weeks of pregnancy fetus. The mother history was unremarkable.
We examined the fetus via transabdominal (image 1) and transvaginal (image 2).
The fetal heart examination was done via transvaginal with the fetus in vertex presentation.
The diagnosis was situs inversus.
Opposite to the probe direction explained in the image 3, in the transvaginal approach of this fetus, the left hand indicate the left side.
