Case report

Following images represent an interesting anomaly. The diagnosis is difficult because there are few images, but it was suspected prenatally and confirmed after birth. Be careful!!! Things aren't always as they seem!!!

Case report

Following images represent an interesting presentation of a relative uncommon anomaly.

Based on the following images, the suspicion was bladder exstrophy:  (2 jets from abdominal wall) low cord insertion, low abdominal herniation. There is a severely hydronephrotic  pelvic kidney which mimics urinary bladder. The final diagnosis was confirmed: bladder exstropy with pelvic hydronephrotic kidney.
