Answer

We present a case of bladder extropy with pelvic hydronephrotic kidney.

The images demonstrate two jets from the abdominal wall, low cord insertion, and low abdominal herniation. There is a severely hydronephrotic pelvic kidney which mimics the urinary bladder. The final diagnosis was confirmed after birth.
