Case report

Following images show a case of otocephaly associated with holoprosencephaly that was diagnosed in our department.

Images 1, 2: Image 1 shows coronal scan of the fetal face with otocephaly. Ventrally displaced ears can be recognized. Image 2 represents a fusion of the prenatal sonographic image 1 with postnatal appearance of the fetus.

Images 3, 4: Image 3 shows coronal scan of the fetal head with otocephaly. For better understanding the image 4 shows fusion of the prenatal sonographic image 3 with postnatal appearance of the fetus.

Images 5, 6: Postnatal appearance of the neonate with otocephaly.
