Case report

A 28-year-old woman G3P2 presented in 21st week of pregnancy. Ultrasonography revealed a cardiac anomaly with surprising pathological result.

Case report

A 28-year-old woman G3P2 presented in 21st week of pregnancy. Ultrasonography revealed a tumor of the heart resembling a rhabdomyoma. The pathological study of the tumor revealed lipoblastoma of the heart.

Images 1, 2: 21st week of pregnancy. Transverse scans through the fetal thorax show tumoral mass at the level of the heart which turned out to be lipoblastoma.
