Regarding case 593: A) The 'omphalocele" u mentioned is not OC , it is in utero abdominal herniation ( which cannot seen in autopsy due to lack of intraabdominal pressure) which characterizes bladder exstrophy B) In your case there is also abdominal jet which is another sign of bladder exstrophy which was described in thefetus.net. C)You wrote that early detection of this anomaly is challenging. Bladder exstrophy and anal atresia were described in week 13. C) The spinal defect is not convincing
