This is a video clip of a 19.4 week gestation demonstrating a complex heart anomaly. This includes:
1. Dextrocardia
2. A large atrioventricular septal defect
3. An atrial septal defect and
4. An atrio-ventricular discordance with the left-sided ventricle connected to the right atrium.
An amnio was performed that revealed a normal 46,XX karyotype. The parents elected to interrupt the pregnancy at 22 weeks.
