Se following images show a case of arthrogryphosis associated with a neuromuscular disorder. 25-year-old G1P0 with no contributive family or personal history, was referred to our department at 29 weeks of pregnancy. We diagnosed a persistent flexion deformities of all four extremities, multiple joint contractures. All major joints, elbow, wrist, knee and ankle were affected. There were no other anomalies detected. Patient opted for a pregnancy termination. The postnatal findings correlated with our ultrasound images and confirmed our diagnosis.
