This is a case of a 28-year-old woman (P2G2) scanned in 37th week of gestational age with unremarkable family and environmental history. We discovered an isolated suprasellar arachnoid cyst. No other anomalies were detected. Now, 1 year and 4 months after birth, the child is doing well and there has been no need to intervene thus far. Here are some of the images and videos we obtained.
