Case report

A 18-year-old G3 P2 was referred to our department at 31 weeks of gestation. Our ultrasound examination showed increased amount of the amniotic fluid and anencephaly. Clinical examination of the fetus confirmed our diagnosis.

Images 1,2: Image 1 shows a coronal view of the face. Note bulging eyes (frog's eyes) and absence of the cranium above the orbits. Image 2 shows a parasagittal view, cranium above the orbits is absent.
