Amniotic band syndrome

Case report

This is a case of a 17-year-old G1 P0 who was scanned at 18 weeks of gestation. The ultrasound examination showed an asymetric ventriculomegaly, parietal encephalocele, cleft lip and palate. Postnatal findings corresponded with the amniotic band syndrome.
