Alobar holoprosencephaly with proboscis and synophthalmia

Case report

24-year-old G1P0 from a remote rural area first time reported to our center at 37 weeks. Our ultrasonographic examination showed a "pancake type" alobar holoprosencephaly with proboscis. The fetus had single orbit with fused occular globes:synophthalmia.
