Case report
The following images show a case of the alobar holoprosencephaly (pancake type) which was diagnosed at the 30 weeks of pregnancy.
The patient, G2 P1, delivered previous baby with the cleft lip. Her personal and family history was otherwise unremarkable. There was a polyhydramnios present during the ultrasound examination.
