Case report

We present a case of a 20-year-old woman, with unremarkable history, scanned for the first time at 14 week of gestational age. The sonography revealed acrania. Amniocentesis was performed with normal karyotype. The patient opted termination of pregnancy and the pathological examination confirmed our findings.
