Case report:

A 25-year-old woman (G2P1) was referred to our antenatal unit at 13 weeks for fetal anomaly. There was no known family history of skeletal congenital disease. The patient did not take any medication during this pregnancy. Nuchal translucency was 1.4 mm (70 mm) . We noticed an isolated acheria of one hand (Figure 1, 2, 3, 4). The other hand was normal. Feet were normal (Figure 4).

The parents met orthopedic surgeon for counselling. At 31 weeks, achieria was confirmed. Facial morphology was normal .

Patient delivered at 39 weeks. Baby had a good postnatal adaptation.
