Aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA)

Case report

A 25-year old woman (G1P0) with unremarkable history. During our ultrasound examination we revealed an aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA) and bilateral choroid plexus cyst. 
The first trimester screening was normal. The parents decided to perform an amniocentesis. The karyotype was normal (46 XX).
Following images show the abnormal course of the right subclavian artery behind the trachea towards the right arm.
