This is a case in which an examination at 32 weeks of gestation revealed an abdominal cyst.

A repeat scan done at 35 weeks of gestation demonstrated the cyst to be persistent.

 Postnatally, the cyst was seen for a few months then disappeared spontaneously at 6 months of age.
