4p- syndrome

This 36-week fetus with growth restriction has no Doppler anomaly. The only ultrasound findings included a long toe, which prompted a karyotype and investigation into monosomy 4p-, also known as  4p- Syndrome Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome. The karyotype confirmed the clinical and ultrasound suspicion.
