Case report

These are some 3D images imitating facial cleft Tessier 7 (images 1, 2, 3, 4). The more particular study (image 5, 6) discovered umbilical cord passing through the fetal face. Its impression in the fetal face imitated the Tessier cleft 7 on 3D images.
