This 30-year-old primigravida has no personal or familial history. She had a normal US scans at 13 and 23 weeks (no heart anomaly). At 32 weeks multiple cardiac rhabdomyomas are discovered and confirmed by the cardiologist. There are also multiple cerebral tubers are visualised on transvaginal examination and confirmed by MRI.
