Suprasellar arachnoid cyst

Case report

Following images and videos show a case of suprasellar arachnoid cyst that was diagnosed in our unit at 38 weeks of uncomplicated pregnancy (secundigravida, nullipara with non-contributive history and normal findings during her first and second trimester ultrasonographic examinations).

The newborn was delivered at 39 weeks and was doing well. The prenatal finding was confirmed. Fifteen days after delivery the newborn was asymptomatic and is planned for further follow up.
