This is a 24-year-old primigravida. A scan performed at 22 weeks revealed a left and right finger anomaly suggestive of tumors. These tumors were suspected to be an isolated hamartoma rather than polydactyly. No associated anomalies were detected. At 26 and 30 weeks, the tumors had the same dimensions.
The mother delivered vaginally (Apgar 10). Physical examination revealed a healthy newborn. The clinical examination confirmed the finger anomalies but they represented bilateral postaxial postminimi hexadactyly and not hamartoma.
