Meckel Gruber syndrome

This is a 20-year-old woman with unremarkable history scanned at 34th week of gestational age. The ultrasound investigation revealed enlarged echogenic kidneys, oligohydramnios, occipital encephalocele, postaxial polydactyly. These findings were consistent with Meckel Gruber syndrome. Here are some of the images we obtained.
