Iniencephaly with bilateral cleft lip and palate

Case report

The following images show a case of the iniencephaly associated wit the bilateral cleft lip and palate diagnosed at 20 weeks of a pregnancy.

Images 1, 2, 3, and 4: 20 weeks; the images show 3D images of the fetal face with bilateral cleft lip and palate (green arrows). The image 2 represents a fusion of the image 1 with a drawing explaining the structures visible on the image 1. The arrow on the image 4 points at the premaxillary protuberance between the clefts.
