Case reports

Following images and videos show two cases of hypospadias seen at 15 weeks. The first case represents hypospadia that was seen prenatally and confirmed after delivery. The second case represents transient hypospadia seen at 15 weeks. The newborn was delivered at term and only chordee (downward curved penis) was found. 

Case 1 - hypospadia

Image 1 and video 1: 15 weeks of gestation; the image and video show 3 jets in the middle part of the fetal penis with hypospadia. The newborn was delivered at term and the diagnosis of the hypospadia was confirmed.

Case 2 - transient hypospadia

Image 2 and video 2: The image and video show transient hypospadia seen at 15 weeks of pregnancy. A healthy newborn was delivered but only chordee was present.
