Following images and video show a case of hypoplastic left heart syndrome caused by critical aortic stenosis.
Image 1, 2: The images show a four-chamber view of the heart during diastole (Image 1) and systole (Image 2). The left ventricle is small and shows signs of fibroelastosis.
