A 30-year-old G0P1, from a nonconsanguineous couple, presentedĀ for a second-trimester ultrasonography scan. The fetusĀ hadĀ a unilateral right club hand.Ā The parents opted for the termination of the pregnancy. Here are some of the 3D and postnatal images of the right hand that we obtained.
