This a 27-year-old- woman referred at 20 weeks. First trimester screening was normal (nasal bone, nuchal translucency and ductus venosus). The triple test was also normal. The second trimester scan revealed a caudal regression syndrome. The pathological examination and the postnatal X-ray confirmed the prenatal diagnosis.
