Case report

This is a case of a 22-year-old primigravida with non-contributive history. We scanned her at 34 weeks of gestation. Ultrasound examination of the heart revealed an atrial septal aneurysm. There were no other abnormalities. Patient delivered at term and the baby is doing well.
