Following image and videos show a case of a large arachnoid cyst seen in a 33 weeks old fetus. The first pregnancy of the mother was terminated due to VACTERL association of the fetus.

The child is now 2 years and is doing well. No surgical intervention of the cyst was needed so far.

The mother's third child was born with isolated transposition of the great arteries. Comparative genomic hybridization was recommended.
