This is a 29-year-old woman G1. She had a twin pregnancy that was a result of Intracystoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) . This is the ultrasound performed at 27 weeks of gestation, which shows a normal male fetus and a female fetus with anencephaly. She did receive folic acid supplementation prior to pregnancy.
