Femoral hypoplasia - unusual facies syndrome

These are some pictures of fetus at 30 week of pregnancy. Mother had poorly controlled diabetes mellitus. We found extreme femoral deficiency. Postnatally we found micrognathia, up-slanted palpebral fissures, and long philtrum with thin upper lip. This finding referred to femoral hypoplasia - unusual facies syndrome, which is often associated with uncontrolled maternal diabetes mellitus. Here are the pictures that we obtained.
