These are the antenatal scans of a fetus diagnosed with Arthrogryposis multiplex congenita at 23 weeks of gestation. Micrognathia: Angular deformity of the spine: Fixed flexion deformity of the elbows: Fixed flexion deformity of the hips. Also noted is bilateral congenital talipes equino varus: Fixed flexion at the hips, extension at the knees and bilateral congenital talipes equino varus, with wrists against the chin: Both the wrists held in a fixed position against the chin: The pregnancy was terminated at 23 weeks.
